Day of the dead is a celebration of life and a day to spend time in spirit with the people who have passed before us. It is a day of happiness and remembrance. The holiday is usually observed on the 1st and 2nd of November in Mexico with people making offerings to their dead loved ones and sharing stories of their lives. People often bring the favourite foods and beverages of their loved ones to put on their ofrendas. 

We would like to invite you to come celebrate life with us! We will set up an ofrenda downstairs in the theatre room. All are welcome to come and bring a picture of their deacesed loved ones to place on it. We will begin making the ofrenda a few days before, so…
